Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States and Canada.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
- Free Shipping — FREE. Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days.
- Skip the Line – Priority Processing & Insured Shipping — $6.95. Your order is processed first and is insured against loss in transit. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Delays may occasionally occur during peak seasons, bad weather, or customs processing.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

DUTIES & TAXES
Prices are shown in USD. For orders to Canada, any import duties or taxes charged by local customs are the responsibility of the customer.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Orders shipped with Skip the Line are insured — if your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship it or issue a full refund.
